Stretch Sessions

We all know the benefits of stretching, but like lots of good things in life, you only get them if you’re consistent. The occasional stretch here and there is never going to increase your flexibility by much. And in just the same way, we can do wonders for our relationship by making small yet regular efforts to connect. Trouble is, it’s hard to know what to actually do! Having a catch-up usually suffices. But we can be a lot more inventive than that.
